Most leather bags are assembled in factories from split leather, machine-embossed panels, and plated hardware that oxidises within a year. HydeKraft makes them differently — one bag, one artisan, one continuous process from raw hide to finished strap.
We use vegetable-tanned full-grain leather and natural hair-on hide because they age honestly. The Western floral designs on every flap are hand-carved with a swivel knife — a process that takes hours per bag and leaves marks no machine can replicate. Solid antique bronze hardware is fitted last, chosen for weight and finish. Nothing is rushed because nothing can be.
