1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the HydeKraft website (hydekraft.com) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
To place an order, you may create an account on our website. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Keep your password confidential and not share it with others • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account (hydekraftinfo@gmail.com) • Take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that are used for fraudulent purposes.
3. Products & Descriptions
We make every effort to accurately describe our handcrafted leather backpacks, including materials, dimensions, and design details. However, please note: • All of our products are handmade and use natural hair-on hide and genuine leather. Natural variation in hide markings, texture, and tone is inherent to the material and not a defect. No two bags will look exactly alike. • Product images are representative. Actual colour and texture may vary slightly due to natural hide variation and screen display differences. • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Orders & Payment
Placing an Order By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the stated price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us. Payment All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and supported wallets. We do not store your payment card details — all sensitive payment data is handled exclusively by Razorpay under their PCI-DSS compliance. Pricing We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer you the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a full refund. Order Cancellation You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it by contacting us at hydekraftinfo@gmail.com, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship across India using Shiprocket-integrated courier partners. Estimated Delivery Times • Metro cities: 3–5 business days • Other cities and towns: 5–8 business days • Remote areas: 7–12 business days Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to courier issues, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control. Shipping Charges Free shipping is available on qualifying orders. Shipping charges for other orders are displayed at checkout. Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, re-delivery charges may apply. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate at the time of ordering.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligibility We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided: • The product is unused and in its original condition • The original packaging is intact • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at hydekraftinfo@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: • Products that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer • Products returned after 7 days of delivery • Custom or personalised orders Natural Variation Because our products use genuine natural leather and hair-on hide, variation in colour, texture, and markings is not a defect. Returns citing such natural variation will not be accepted. Damaged or Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost. Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including product descriptions, photographs, logos, design elements, and text — is the property of HydeKraft and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. Linking to our website for non-commercial purposes is permitted provided it does not misrepresent our brand.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to: • Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws • Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from our website • Post or transmit harmful, offensive, or defamatory content • Infringe upon our intellectual property rights or those of third parties We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access for users who violate these prohibitions.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, HydeKraft shall not be liable for: • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities • Delays in shipping or delivery caused by third-party courier services • Damage caused by use of our products in a manner contrary to our care instructions Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
10. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage you to contact us first at hydekraftinfo@gmail.com before initiating any formal proceedings — we will do our best to resolve your concern amicably.
